- Fatigue
- Problems sleeping
- Lack of motivation
- Sadness or depression

Managing stress doesn’t necessarily require professional help. While some situations may lead to seeking psychological support and even medication, to begin, you can try relaxing and managing stress on your own. Some strategies that may help include having an active lifestyle with plenty of exercise, spending time being social, and practicing meditation techniques.
Having a hobby to help you with relaxing is also a helpful way to manage stress. You could make sure to have time in your routine to read, listen to music, color in an adult coloring book, or work on a puzzle. Activities like these let you channel your energy into the act and give you a break from thinking about the things that may cause you stress.
