J.D. brings a wide variety of skills and networks to the organization and has led multiple ground up operations to success. J.D. has over 10 years of experience in industrial engineering and project management, allowing him to view and understand every facet of the companies he has under his belt. He has worked with some of the largest thermopolymer and sheet metal companies in the US. Recently, he has focused his energies on running his own companies, H&S Manufacturing and Fabworks. He works with clients like Honda, BMW, Lockheed-Martin and Boeing to name a few. In the last 4 years, he has also been working on engineering and fabrication for cultivation in the cannabis industry. He has developed a team to bring the industry “The Ferrari” of Cannabis equipment
