This insight should give some pretty needed context for why Delta-8 catches so much heat in most cases. As always, be sure to check out the rest of Riley’s content across her TikTok page. It’s seriously loaded with spot on facts about the hemp and cannabis industry! Now, let’s look back at D8.

How Reliable Delta-8 Is Made
To recap, Delta-8 THC is the non-psychoactive relative of Delta-9. The latter is the version of cannabis we all know to give you the “high feeling”. Reliable Delta-8 eliminates this, though it does come with it’s own set of serious considerations.
“Delta-8 is usually produced by converting CBD into Delta-8.” This is all done within the confines of a suitable lab. Issues arise when less credentialed sources cut corners in an attempt to capitalize on the compound’s potential. This can lead to poor product that’s likely far more harmful than it’s worth. You should always know and trust your source of any hemp and cannabis related products, not just D8.
