Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that you fully and completely understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids derived from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims, whatsoever, as to any benefits you may receive from your use of our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide to you and not based on anything you may have read or heard on this site or any Arbor Vita8 publication, email, advertisement, label or any other form of communication.
REFUND POLICY
All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. To initiate a return, please send our customer support team an email at support@arborvita8.com with the subject “Return Request” and we’ll send you a pre-addressed return label.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product and pictures, if possible. Once this information is received and the alleged damage is verified by us, we will ship you an identical replacement product free of charge. You do not have to return the damaged product.
ORDER CHANGES
Due to the extremely limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.
GIFTS
If the items in your order were gifted to you, or if we’re unable to verify your order information, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the full purchase price of your order. All gift items that are returned are still subject to the requirements outlined in the return policy section above.
